Laurel and Greg hired me over two and a half years ago! Thanks to the pandemic they had to reschedule their wedding…but it gave us more time to get to know each other!

Laurel’s background is in event planning so she was Event Planner Laurel until 10am when she switched into Bride Laurel! I have never seen a bride more organized and relaxed. Laurel trusted me implicitly with her photography, and I’m so grateful for that!

Rain sprinkled throughout the day, pausing exactly when we needed it to! We had just the perfect amount of time to take portraits, hold the ceremony and dance out under the sky.

From their two dachshund dogs as VIP guests to the fact that the wedding officiant, Laurel’s uncle, married her own parents, this wedding was full of special touches.

In February I flew to Denver to shoot a boudoir session with Laurel, which was such a fun experience! On the wedding day I was able to be there when Greg opened the boudoir album.

…at the end of the wedding I realized something sad…Laurel and I don’t have any more events on the calendar! It’s a huge blessing that my job brings incredible, photo-loving people into my life. Laurel has been one of those people and I’m sad that we don’t have scheduled excuses to see each other! We will have to meet up next year and do an anniversary session!

So, enjoy my favorites from this amazing day and forgive me….I blogged a lot of images. I just had a hard time narrowing down my top favorites! Congratulations Laurel and Greg! I am thrilled to have been a small part of such a big season of your life!
