In Utah, many of my brides belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In that religion the brides and grooms are married privately inside the temple, where photography is not allowed. This temple exit is a big deal because it’s the first time all the guests see the bride and groom as husband and wife! …that’s why we almost had a disaster right before they walked out of the temple!
Jessica and I met in 2013 when we lived in Mexico on a service mission. We were roommates for 6 weeks and have so many good memories of trying to learn Spanish and kill cockroaches!
She and Spencer are just perfect for each other. Their personalities match up perfectly and it’s easy to see how much he adores her.
Their wedding day was so special. Family and friends gathered for the temple ceremony and celebrated at a reception that evening. Over dinner Jessica surprised Spencer by playing and singing their song.
